It is excellent for headaches, particularly for migrains and the accompanying symptoms of dizziness and nausea. The psychological effects of lavendar are restorative and relaxing. It is a fine anti-stress remedy for moods of impatience, irritability, and extreme panic or hysteria. Lavendar is just one of many essential oils that can be beneficial when used properly.
